Attorney Patrick Kelly is a native Californian, and focuses his practice on helping Social Security and SSI disability clients. He attended the University of Santa Clara and San Francisco Law School. He has been practicing law in the State of California since 1976.
 
Pat Kelly has been helping disabled people win their benefits for 30 years. He has obtained  justice for clients in more than 20 states, representing people in front of the Social Security Administration at all appeal levels including Federal Court. 
 
He is a member of the California Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association, the Alameda Bar Association and the Marin County Bar Association. He is admitted to the 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, and the California Supreme Court.
 
Pat Kelly is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR.)
